Ingredients:
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup pecan pieces
- 1/4 cup coconut
Directions:
- Combine the melted margarine and cocoa. Mix all ingredients together, beating until well mixed. Pour into an unbaked 9” pie shell. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 325°F and bake until set in center of pie, but not as firm as the edge.
