Ingredients:
- Individual Ingredient
- 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (may use fat free)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- Assorted sliced fruit (kiwi, banana, orange, variety of berries)
- 1 cup honey oat granola
Directions:
- Mix yogurt, cream cheese, honey and cinnamon. Chill.
- In parfait glasses, layer yogurt mixture and fruit.
- Top with granola.
