Ingredients:
- can of Garbanzo beans
- vegetable oil
- smoked paprika
- salt
Directions:
- Drain and rinse a can of Garbanzo beans. Make sure to dry thoroughly and make more than you think is appropriate because they are tasty.
- Heat a few inches of vegetable oil in a pan heating to 350 degrees or close to it.
- Add the DRIED garbanzo beans to the oil and fry in batches until golden-brown and crispy. Dry them on paper towels and toss them with smoked paprika and salt.
- They go well with a variety of adult beverages.
