Ingredients:
- 2 yellow summer squash
- 2 zucchini
- 1 sweet red pepper
- 1/3 cup diced onion
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed (powder or whole)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
- Thinly slice or julienne summer squash, zucchini and red pepper.
- Combine all ingredients and stir.
- Cover and refrigerate before serving to allow flavors to blend.
