Fast & Easy Campfire Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 5-6 unpeeled red potatoes
  • 1-2 Vidalia onions
  • 1 tablespoon butter per packet
  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Place potatoes and onions on heavy-duty aluminum foil. Divide into several individual packets and add 1 tablespoon butter per packet, salt and pepper.
  2. Seal packets tightly and place on fire for 15 minutes or until tender.
