Ingredients:
- 4-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) White Chocolate (18 oz.), chopped
- 1 can (6 oz.) Pistachio Lovers nut mix
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Directions:
- MICROWAVE chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until almost melted, stirring every 30 sec.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- STIR in remaining ingredients until blended; spread immediately onto foil-covered baking sheet.
- REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm.
- Break into pieces.
