Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3 tsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions:
- Whisk together the sour cream, dill, honey and a generous pinch of salt in a small bowl. Whisk in the lemon juice and a couple turns of freshly ground black pepper until blended.
