Ingredients:
- 2 cups yogurt, low-fat plain
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. dried, minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
Directions:
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine yogurt, pepper, garlic powder, dried onion and dried parsley. Beat until smooth.
- Chill dip in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with raw vegetables.
