Yield: Approximately 200 mints
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 lbs. powdered sugar
- 2 drops flavoring oil
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together. Knead with hands.
- Separate and add paste color of choice and work until well blended.
- Roll into small balls and dip in granulated sugar and press into desired mold. Pop out immediately.
