Ingredients:
- 1 box Jiffy Corn muffin mix
- 1 15 oz. Can cream style corn
- 1 15oz. Can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 pint of sour cream
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Directions:
- Mix everything together in a bowl. Place in a 2 quart glass baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 -40 minutes
