Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 cans pinto beans 15 oz. each, not drained
- 2 cans kidney beans 15 oz. each, not drained
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cans tomato sauce, 15 oz. each
- 2 cans diced tomatoes, 15 oz. each
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- For serving crackers
Directions:
- Brown ground beef in a large stock pot.
- Halfway through the cooking time, add in the celery and bell pepper and cook until tender. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add in the remaining ingredients except for cheese and crackers. Stir to combine.
- Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and cover and simmer for approximately 30 minutes to combine all of the flavors.
