Ingredients:
- 1 bag frozen shredded potatoes, thawed and squeezed
- 2 cups shredded cheese, choice or mixed
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. rosemary leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups sour cream
Directions:
- Combine ingredients and seasonings in slow cooker. Dot with butter.
- Cover and cook on low four hours, stirring once half way through.
