Ingredients:
- 3 Med. Avocados, peeled and chopped
- 1 Large Mango peeled and chopped
- 1 Large tomato chopped
- 1 Small Red Onion chopped
- 1/4 Cup cilantro fresh, chopped
- 3 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. Salt
- Gluten free corn tortilla chips
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Stir in lime juice and salt. Serve with tortilla chips.
