Ingredients:
- 1 cup salted butter softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar packed
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups quick oats, processed until fine
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 8 oz. chocolate candy bar, chopped
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Line three baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
- Cream together butter and sugars until combined. Beat in eggs and vanilla until light and creamy, about 1 minute.
- Mix in dry ingredients until combined.
- Add chocolate chips, candy bar and nuts and mix well by hand.
- Roll dough into balls and place them evenly spaced on prepared cookie sheets. You can also use cookie scoops for consistency.
- Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 6 to 7 minutes. Take them out when they are just barely starting to turn brown.
- Let them sit on baking sheet for 2 minutes before removing to the cooling rack.
