Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp. baking cocoa
- 2 Tbsp. chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 lbs. beef top sirloin steak
Directions:
- Place the first five ingredients in a blender; cover and process until blended.
- Rub over beef. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Grill beef, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from heat for 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness.
