Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked chicken – cut in small pieces
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 4 diced hard boiled eggs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 diced medium green pepper
- ½ cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients place in well greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
