Ingredients:
- 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 Cup Spanish peanuts
- 2 Cups chow mein noodles
- 1/4 Cup coconut (optional)
Directions:
- In a double boiler over hot water, melt chocolate pieces.
- Stir in nuts and noodles until well coated.
- Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Chill until firm.
