Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- For serving blue cheese or ranch dressing
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 F. Lightly grease a baking sheet and set aside.
- Combine chicken, hot sauce, garlic powder and melted butter; set aside.
- Divide dough into two or four pieces, two for large calzones and four for regular size. Roll or press dough into rough circles.
- Divide cheese and chicken among each circle of dough and top with additional cheese. Fold over dough and seal edges to form a pocket. Dab edges with water if they won’t stick together.
- Place on prepared baking sheet and cut a few spots in the top to vent. Repeat with remaining dough and ingredients.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden.
- Let cool slightly before eating. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
