Ingredients:
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 stick Margarine (6 Tbsp.)
- 3/4 cup white sugar
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in the blender and blend; it will look curdled.
- No crust — it separates and forms it’s own. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 40 minutes.
