Ingredients:
- 4 cups asparagus pieces
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- salt to taste
- processed cheese slices
- snack crackers, crushed
Directions:
- Cook asparagus to desired doneness (I prefer barely tender); drain. Stir in sour cream and salt. Put in a 1-1/2 qt. greased casserole dish. Top with cheese slices, then cracker crumbs.
- Bake, uncovered at 375°F until heated through, about 20-30 minutes. If prepared ahead of time and chilled, allow longer baking time.
