Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups of almond milk, unsweetened
- 2 scoops of any preferred vanilla-flavored protein powder
- 1 ripe medium banana
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- 1/4 cup oats, rolled old fashioned or quick cooking
- 1/4 cup almonds, whole
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Serve cold and enjoy!
