Anthony VanPelt and Harlan Witmer became the sole owners of Progressive Dairy Systems, LLC in 2012 by purchasing all equity stock. The company was founded by Kevin VanPelt in 2000.
History
The company started working out of a rental house basement and car garage in 2000. Then in 2004, the current facility was constructed.
Progressive Dairy Systems, LLC. offers Boumatic dairy equipment sales and service including refrigeration. In addition, Progressive Dairy Systems, LLC. also sells freestall barn equipment gates, stalls and ventilation systems. They also provide cow comfort products such as mattresses, rubber flooring and cow brushes.

In 2012, Progressive Dairy Systems, LLC. also added the sales of Doebler’s Seeds, PikRite Manure Spreaders, Wheatheart augers, Fisher pumps and Smidley to their line of equipment sales.
