ROGERS, Ohio — Tri-State Veterinary, located at 9282 Sprucevale Road, recently began performing farm calls in the local and surrounding area and plans on expanding their reach in the near future.
“In the next year, we plan to further expand the farm call portion of the practice as well as our area of coverage,” Jimmy Boucher DVM.
Expansion. The owner also said, he plans to be a larger part of the equine community and, one day, be the largest equine practice in their part of the state.
In addition with the expansion and farm calls, the practice has also updated their medical technology by purchasing a digital radiograph machine and digital ultrasound. Tri-State also aims to continue their surgical portion of the practice and has already experienced growth in the dental sector.
Vets. Throughout the times, Tri-State Veterinary has maintained competitive prices and has kept a knowledgeable staff. According to Boucher, the veterinarians have been exclusively equine practitioners so their knowledge is very extensive.
History. The company started out as Equine Diagnostics and was located predominately at Mountaineer Park treating race horses. In 2006, Boucher built the facility located in Rogers and in 2008 the name of the practice was changed to Tri-State Veterinary. Now, the company has six full-time employees.
They specialize in equine veterinary services including diagnostic procedures, digital radiography, endoscopy, select surgical procedures, dentistry, vaccinations and de-worming programs.
