SALEM, Ohio — Carolyn F. Sanor, age 72, of Salem, died Sunday, Oct. 30, 2016, at the Salem Regional Medical Center in Salem.
She was born Sept. 22, 1944, in New Castle, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Stewart and Frances (Hutton) Huston.
A graduate of Mohawk High School and New Castle Business College, she worked at Farm and Dairy as a secretary and Miller Holzworth, Current Electric and Columbiana County Extension.
She was a member of the Damascus Friends Church and was a former United Young Farmer member.
Survivors include her husband, L. Lynn Sanor, whom she married Jan. 22, 1966; a son, Todd Sanor of Salem; a daughter, Tina Snyder of Navarre; a sister, Leona Russell of Salem; a brother, Stewart “Billy” Huston Jr. of Salem; and five grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a son, Gary Sanor; infant daughter, Laura Sanor; and a brother, Don Huston.
A funeral service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Nov. 3, 2016, at the Stark Memorial Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Brendlinger officiating. Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Grandview Cemetery.
