COLUMBUS — The Ohio Department of Natural Resources hosted a ribbon cutting at Salt Fork State Park for a number of recently completed capital improvement projects Sept. 26.
The projects include a new flush restroom at the horseman’s camp and 20 full hook-up campsites within the campgrounds, which will allow for water, sewer and electric.
The updates to Salt Fork State Park are part of the ongoing efforts to renovate the infrastructure of Ohio’s state parks.
To date, Gov. John Kasich and the Ohio General Assembly have provided $126.5 million toward improving Ohio State Parks.
