HARRISBURG, Pa. — The antique tractor pull at the Pennsylvania Farm Show was held Jan. 10.
The antique tractor pulls consisted of eight different weight classes ranging from 3,000-7,000 pounds. The longest pull of the night was made by Jarred Hassinger, of Middleburg, Snyder County, in his 1956 Oliver Super 77, in the 6,000-pound class.
Class winners are as follows:
3,000 pounds: First, Dick Witmer, Manheim, Lancaster County; second, Jim Quigel, Williamsport, Lycoming County.
4,000 pounds: First, Ryan Gensler, Dillsburg, York County; second, Dick Witmer, Manheim, Lancaster County.
5,000 pounds: First, George Bradley, Denton, Maryland; second, Bailey Drake, Burkittsville, Maryland.
5,500 pounds: First, David Jones, Massey, Maryland; second, Alana Eisenhour, Wellsville, York County.
6,000 pounds: First, Jarred Hassinger, Middleburg, Snyder County; second, Don Hilkert, Danville, Montour County.
6,500 pounds: FIrst, Terry Moore, Greencastle, Franklin County; second, Cody Bowman, Bloomsburg.
7,000 pounds: First, Jay Moore, State Line, Franklin County; second, Cody Bowman, Bloomsburg, Columbia County.
