WOOSTER, Ohio — The Ohio Hops workshop will take place Feb. 13, at the Fisher Auditorium on the campus of The Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center, 1680 Madison Ave., in Wooster, Ohio.
Attendees will learn about the first year hops field research results, hear preliminary feedback from the Ohio brewery industry marketing survey and get an update on the formation of the Ohio Hops Growers Cooperative.

Talking with many hops growers and brewers it was a good year for hops production and more and more brewers are adapting to using fresh locally grown hops in their Ohio brews.
