TROY, Ohio — The Ohio FFA Alumni Association, along with the Miami County Farm Bureau, will host a community, agriculture-leadership event Feb. 10 at Hobart Arena in Troy.
Along with FFA members, alumni and advisers, Farm Bureau members, 4-H, young farmers and Grange members are all invited to attend.
Speakers
Featured speakers will include: Greg Peterson, of the Peterson Farm Brothers; Sydney Snider, past Ohio and National FFA officer; Hannah (Crossen) Everetts, past Ohio and National FFA officer and current agriculture educator, and several other past Ohio FFA officers.
On the day of the event, a light breakfast will be offered during registration from 8-9 a.m.
At 9 a.m., the Ohio FFA Alumni will conduct a business and awards meeting.
Lunch will be provided from noon to 1 p.m.
Peterson Farm Brothers will perform at 6 p.m. These three Kansas farm brothers, along with their family, have been telling the story of American agriculture through various workshops and parody music videos.
Tickets
All-day tickets include: breakfast refreshment, meeting, workshops, lunch, and evening concert. Children 6 years of age and younger are free). Hobarts will offer concessions during concert only, not included in all-day price.
All-day adults, 22 and up, are $35. Concert-only tickets for adults are $15.
All-day youth, 21 and younger, as well as advisers and key leaders are $15. Youth, adviser and key leader tickets for the concert only are $10.
