COSHOCTON, Ohio — The Coshocton and Tuscarawas Lamb and Fleece Improvement Committee will hold the second annual For the Love of Lamb Dinner Sept. 9, at 6 p.m.
The chef-prepared local farm to plate dinner will be held at the Heritage Vineyard Winery near Warsaw. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased through Aug. 25.
Meal
The meal will be prepared by Chef Mike Cichon. Cichon will share his inspiration for the meal as well as tips for cooking with lamb.
Wine tastings will be available and Heritage Vineyard wine can be purchased separately for dinner. Music will follow the meal on the patio.
Raffle tickets for baskets filled with lamb and wool items can be purchased for $5 each and may be purchased prior to the event, even for visitors who do not attend the meal. Tickets may also be purchased at the dinner.
