ASHLAND, Ohio — The Crestview FFA Officer Team spent three days in Mohican, July 11-13, for its annual officer retreat.
The new officers created their POA, or plan of activities, which is the master plan for all FFA events in the upcoming year. They also set personal and chapter goals, completed a SWOT analysis and examined last year’s accomplishments and failures.
All the officers had to create a personal to-do list and fully learn the responsibilities of their new position. The retreat included various recreation activities and chores.
