CECIL, Pa. — Enrollment for the 2016 4-H year is open and anyone wishing to join Cecil 4-H Club should attend the meeting Feb. 13, at 9:30 a.m., at the Cecil Fire Department, along Route 50. Members will be completing the 2016 registration process and selecting projects for the year. While members may select any 4-H project, Cecil 4-H offers leader guidance in projects that include cooking, woodworking and market lambs or pigs.
