COSHOCTON, Ohio — This will be the 27th year that balloons have taken flight over the hills and farms of Coshocton County, Ohio. The Frontier Power Hot Air Balloon Festival will be held June 6-8 with launches and fly-ins taking place at the Coshocton County Fairgrounds, located at 707 Kenilworth Ave., in Coshocton.
Admission, entertainment and parking are free.
A full slate of entertainment includes midway attractions, carnival rides, fireworks, musical entertainment, food vendors and other family-oriented activities.
Entertainment
From 6-9 p.m. June 6 is entertainment by the band “Average White Broads” and the fireworks display beginning at 9:15 p.m. Phil Dirt and the Dozers will perform from 7:30-9 p.m. June 7 and the popular balloon “Night Glow” will be held at 9:15 p.m.
Balloon launches and fly-ins will take place (weather permitting) from 6-7:30 p.m. June 6; from 6-7:30 a.m. and again from 6-7:30 p.m. June 7; and from 6-7:30 a.m. June 8.
