Even though the lights flickered off and on intermittently on Wednesday (and finally went off at 5 p.m., stayed off, but came on in time for the evening’s tractor pull), it didn’t seem to faze visitors to the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville, Ky.
Exhibitors were happy with the crowds and visitors were happy with the products. Despite the general economic doom and gloom, farmers are used to the ups and downs of the economy and are riding it out fairly optimistically.
Stay tuned to Farm and Dairy’s Web site and next week’s paper for more information, photos and behind-the-scenes tidbits from Louisville.
