Three years ago, Henry and Stacey Calame decided to get into the poultry business on their home farm in Greenwich, Ohio. It took one year to build the 12-acre facility and two years later, they are raising around 40,000 birds and moving over 160,000 fertilized eggs to local broiler hatcheries.
