Twin sisters break sales records at Summit Co. Fair livestock sale
Twins Lisa and Amy Bourgeois took both the grand and reserve champion titles for their steers at the Summit County Fair last week and sold them at the fair's highest prices in history.
Summit County livestock sale records fall
Alisa Shenigo won a triple crown, of sorts, at this year's Junior Livestock Sale, showing the reserve champion hog and the grand and reserve champion lambs. Jenny Blatt raised the 223-pound grand champion market hog that earned a record bid of $8.75 a pound.
