Ingredients:
- 1 box spice cake mix
- Eggs, vegetable oil, and/or other ingredients, as called for in cake mix directions
- 1 30 (fl.) oz. bottle eggnog
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 half-teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 half-cup pecans, toasted and chopped
Directions:
- Prepare the spice cake mix according to the package directions, substituting an equal amount of eggnog for the water.
- Bake in a prepared bundt pan according to package directions. Let cake cool to room temperature.
- In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar and vanilla extract with 2 to 3 tablespoons of eggnog; drizzle glaze over the cake. Sprinkle with the toasted pecans.
- Slice and serve.
