Ingredients
- 1 1/2 s brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 s flour
- 1/2 nuts
- 2/3 butter, melted
- 1 sour milk
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 1/2 rhubarb, diced
- Topping:
- 1/2 sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Combine sugar and butter; add egg, sour milk and vanilla. Mix well. Sift soda and flour, add to butter mixture. Stir in rhubarb and nuts. Pour into 2 well-greased loaf pans. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 325° 40 minutes.
