Ingredients
- 1 flour
- 5 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 cold butter
- 1 1/2 s sugar
- 1/2 flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 s rhubarb, chopped
Directions
Cut butter into flour and powdered sugar with pastry blender. Press into 9×13-inch pan and bake at 350° 7 to 8 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over crust. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Cut into bars and serve warm.
