Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
In mixing bowl, beat pumpkin, sugar, and oil. Add eggs; blend well. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in separate bowl and add to pumpkin mixture. Beat until well blended. Pour into greased 15 x 10 inch sheet pan. Bake at 350° for 26 ? 30 minutes until cake tests done. Cool. Frost cake. Sprinkle with nuts. Makes 20 ? 24 squares.
