Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 box yellow cake mix (save 1 cup for topping)
- 1/2 oleo, melted
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- Mix all ingredients and spread in greased 9×13 pan.
- Filling:
- 1 large can pumpkin
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Mix well and spread over crust.
- Topping:
- 1 cup cake mix
- 1/4 sugar
- 1/4 oleo
Directions
Mix like for crust. Sprinkle over pie filling. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350° 60 to 70 minutes or until knife comes clean.
