Ingredients
- 4 s rolled oats
- 1/2 sunflower seeds
- 1/2 sliced almonds
- 1/2 sesame seeds
- 1/2 wheat germ
- 1/2 shredded coconut
- 3/4 chopped dried fruit
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 vegetable oil (mild flavored)
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients. Gently heat honey, vanilla, and oil until it mixes well and then toss in dry ingredients. Stir until well blended. Spread mixture onto large cookie sheet and bake at 275° about 25 to 30 minutes, stirring every 5 to 10 minutes, until lightly browned.
