Ingredients
- 10 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 celery, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/3 of a block of Velveeta, shredded
- salt to taste
Directions
- Add just enough water to cover potatoes; cook until fork tender; do not drain water.
- Break up potatoes (do not mash). Add 1 stick butter, 1 can evaporated milk and Velveeta.
