Ingredients
- 1 biscuit mix
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 milk
- 1 egg
- 1 chopped pecans
- vegetable oil
Directions
Place all ingredients except pecans and oil in medium bowl. Using wooden spoon, quickly combine until ingredients are well moistened. Heat approximately 1 tablespoon oil in pancake griddle or frying pan until hot. Pour about 1/4 cup batter into pan for each pancake. Sprinkle chopped pecans on batter. Pancakes are ready to flip when surface of pancake starts to bubble. After flipping pancake, lower heat and
continue cooking until done. Place pancakes on warm platter in single layer. Add more oil to pan and cook remaining batter. Makes 5 to 6
pancakes.
