Ingredients
- 1/2 butter
- 3/4 sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped dates
- 2 cups crisp rice cereal
- 1 cup flake coconut
Directions
Combine butter, sugar, milk and egg. Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add vanilla, dates and cereal. Mix well; cool. Form into balls and roll in coconut. Store in cool place. Makes 25 balls.
