Ingredients
- 1/2 cooking oil
- 3 squares baking chocolate (unsweetened)
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs (beat ahead)
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- powdered sugar
Directions
In double boiler, melt chocolate and cooking oil. Add sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients. Add vanilla and nuts. Refrigerate 3 hours. Roll into balls. Roll balls in powdered sugar before baking. Bake at 325° 8 to 10 minutes.
