Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz) can pinto beans
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Mash beans in a bowl. Add onion, chili powder and the cheese, reserving a bit of cheese to sprinkle on top. Serve cold or warm it in a microwave oven. Serve with raw vegetables or baked tortilla chips.
