Ingredients
- 2 ? 10 oz. pkgs. frozen broccoli
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/3 cup shredded cheese, (mild Cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Directions
Cook broccoli in boiling salted water till tender; drain. Arrange broccoli in greased 11 x 7 baking dish. Place chicken on top. Combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
