Ingredients
- 3/4 Velveeta, cubed or shredded (or grated Cheddar cheese)
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 s confectioner’s sugar
- 1/4 cocoa powder
- chopped nuts
Directions
Melt cheese and butter. Remove from heat. Add confectioner’s sugar, vanilla extract and cocoa. Make into ball; knead and press into buttered 8-inch square pan. Chopped nuts are optional.
