Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons carob
- powder*
- 1/2 oil
- 1/2 brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 chopped nuts
Directions
Combine all ingredients except nuts. Spread on cookie sheet. Sprinkle nuts on top of dough. Bake at 400° about 12 minutes. Cool slightly. Cut into diamond shapes.
*Found in health food stores, carob can be used by those who want to avoid chocolate.
