Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (berries, peaches or banana)
- 6 oz. low-fat yogurt (vanilla or complimentary flavor for fruit)
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1 envelope vanilla instant breakfast drink mix (optional)
- 6 ice cubes
Directions
Place all ingredients but ice in blender and process until smooth. Add ice and blend again. Makes 1 serving.
